PHILIPPINES:

Order Dispatch Lead Time
Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your payment and confirm your order. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. You will receive an email update with your airway bill or tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Delivery: Available throughout the Philippines.
  • Same-Day Delivery via Grab or Lalamove: Available in Metro Manila and Rizal. This option is only available for orders placed on weekdays.
    • Cut-Off Time: Orders received before 12 noon will be delivered on either the same day or next day. Orders received after 12 noon will be delivered the next day. If there are any exceptions, you will be notified by Annie & Lori.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on location and shipping method. For standard delivery, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Shipping charges are applied per pair of sandals. If you choose Same Day delivery, you will be notified of the shipping cost that by Annie & Lori of the amount you need to pay / ready.

Expected Arrival Times (Standard Delivery):

  • Metro Manila: 2 to 3 days
  • Outside Metro Manila: 5 to 7 days

Please expect delays for SALE items. 

Courier Information
We use third-party couriers for shipping. Annie & Lori is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during transit by the courier.

SINGAPORE, AUSTRALIA & OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • The estimated shipping time for international orders varies by country. To confirm the estimated shipping time for your specific location, please email us at hello@annielori.com.
  • Shipping costs differ based on the destination country and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
  • International orders are shipped via FedEx Express.
  • Please note that international delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be imposed by customs in the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
