Refund policy

 We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange policy for regular priced items only. You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return and exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
& Exchange:

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With labels attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Conditions: 

• Returns are not accepted, but exchanges for a different size are possible.
• Exchanges for different styles or colors are not allowed unless the requested size is no longer available.
• Customers are responsible for return and reshipping charges.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Items returned in damaged or worn condition will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchange is strictly not allowed for any sale items.

If you made your purchase through a partner retailer, please follow their return and exchange policy. Items bought from partner retailers should be returned directly to them, and not to Annie & Lori.
